Law Abiding Citizen: It's Biblical!

"You're the one who makes deals with murders yea? Well I've come to make mine. Release me.

As overly dramatic as this sounds, 'Law Abiding Citizen' doesn't dissapoint.Immediately, within the first 5 minutes the film sets the scene. After seeing his wife and daughter murdered in cold blood, Gerard Butler has hope he will find righteousness in the justice system, only to hind the justice system is as hell-beant as murderes themselves.
As a Hollywood film, 'Law Abiding Citizen' can't really punch its weight along with other Hollywood blockbusters, however don't let that put you off. This film delivers the sort of hard-edged action script we have seen and come to love over the years and With Jamie Fox and Gerard Butler headlining, it allows audiences to see a film with high class acting.
Though it may not be to everyones taste, 'Law Abiding Citizen' is worth a day out at the cinema. It's hard-edged and relentless and comes with a little eye candy for the girls. 7/10
